Reservation Confirmations, Deposit and Guarantee Policy
Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card guarantee at the time
of booking. The Saint Paul Hotel accepts American Express, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and Carte Blanche credit cards.
Cancellations and Charges
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we ask that you
notify us by 4:00 PM the day prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation
charge equal to one night’s room and tax.
Proximity to Airport
The Saint Paul Hotel is just eight miles from the Minneapolis-Saint
Paul International Airport and only two miles from Holman Field.
Entrances and Security to Hotel
Enter the hotel through our main entrance on Market Street or our
second entrance from St. Peter Street. In addition, we have an entrance
located on the skyway level. All of our guestrooms have interior
hallway entrances. For your safety and comfort, The Saint Paul Hotel
provides 24-hour security.

Early Check-In
Our normal check-in time is 4:00 PM. We cannot guarantee early
check-in; however, if you would like an early check-in, please let our
Reservations Department know and we will do our best to accommodate
your request.

meeting or are a repeat guest, a master account may be established for
your convenience upon the acceptance of a credit application. For
